Welcome to the second annual IAPP Canada Privacy Professionals Survey!
Many of you are familiar with the IAPP Role, Function and Salary Survey, which has been conducted annually since 2004. IAPP Canada has built upon the success of this survey by creating a Canadian version that is grounded in the Canadian privacy reality. The survey questionnaire was prepared by our partners at the Privacy and Cyber Crime Institute at Ryerson University in close consultation with IAPP Canada and the IAPP global organisation.
This survey serves three purposes:
1. To provide you with the most up-to-date and relevant analysis of salary and privacy career information for Canadian privacy professionals.
2. To establish a baseline of information about the privacy profession in Canada.
3. To seek your opinion on several privacy issues to support our ongoing research agenda.
